A lot of hand sawing, band sawing, drilling, filing, sanding, finishing as well as the design itself had to go into these nice designs. Do you use sheet from cutting boards, or purchased sheet or recycled molded HDPE? I'm gonna try to make a plank out of HDPE I've saved and clipped up and saw a frame out of that like I saw others on youtube do. I was thinking of using a plastic (nylon?? HDPE?? dunno) kitchen cutting board. A place in town sells machinable nylon planks/sheet (thick) which I might try also. Always looking for the Holy Grail, LOL
