I cut a can today. But the temperature was really low, 53F in Florida. I noticed the bands were hard to pull in comparison with warm days. I'm new to this hobby. First time noticed this. Are there any special bands made for cold weather?
I switched over to Precise anti-cold for the winter but I don't see any improvement in performance. I will start keeping a one of those medical hot/cold packs heated up in my pocket to get the bands up to temperature instead. One other option I thought I could use is a mini rubber hot water...
Just a quick question. I see a few references on cold weather effecting band performance, I was wondering in what ways does cold weather effect the bands and what kind of temperatures are we talking about 40 deg F, 30 deg F, -15 deg F. Also is the effect different for different kind of bands...
