Here is an oak natural i finished up. I cut the heel off and inserted a purpleheart accent then put the heel back on. The fork came off my grandpas land, and there was some cool damage on one of the forks that finished out nicely.
I have to say, I'm quite pleased with it. I just finished the Gopher GS-12, but tweaked it a bit on a plywood cut to make it a bit more ergo then the original. Pics will be up after I finish super glue coating and banding it. I plan on chaining #64 rubberbands for the bands of this badboy. ;3

It will be a present for the 30th birthday of one good hunting buddy...
