The thinner the rubber, the faster the retraction. For a tube, the thickness of the rubber is defined as the difference between the outer and inner diameter divided by two. So, all things being equal, the 3060 will be a little faster.

even though these two tubes have close to the same amount of rubber .which tube would have a faster contraction all opinions welcomed
