Here's a fork for a new friend. He's new to the sport, so I set him up with a basic, all around shooter. It's carved from a Zelkova fork and precise yellows. Thanks for looking
Very nice fork..... never heard of Zelkova wood, where's that from ?

Zelkova trees are ornamental trees that are native to Japan, China and Korea. We use them here in New Jersey for their full foliage and gorgeous fall color. The branches fork beautifully and the wood is as strong as all get out. When it's dry the wood has a yellowish hue and the grain seems to have a holographic shimmer when you hold it in the light. It's fantastic.

That is SOME Belka...I mean beauty.

Yeah, that friend is get hooked for sure.
