Very light colored compared to the Dogwood I have ? Mine has a very deep, pinkish tone, that darkens a lot when oil is applied.

He told me that he does not sell customs any longer. He said he wears too many hats to accommodate that end of the market. He then turned me on to John Jeffries Custom Catapults, claiming that John was the only person he had ever bought a slingshot from. I am sure he bought a few before he started making them, but I understand what he meant by the statement.

Slingshot_toddly, the first photo of the dark colored sling with light colored bands and the Dogwood with the green bands look super to me.

Some naturals look hard to shoot but these two look like natural "pointers" that flow into the hand. Very nice indeed!

Some great work gents.
Been shooting catties 3month now and have not purchased any, but my collection is well over 30 now. Natties are defo the way for me and a few copies in English walnut, but my natties are always my go to. Just coated up this nice bit of sycamore, loads of this stuff here. Knocked up this stool out of the same gear.
You guys do some great work with all this timber & have given me so many ideas.
