Hello I come form Taiwan, and very happy to show my work here.
Please forgive me for my broken English. :)

This is my work─Leather micarta kestrel slingshot.
I used six floors 2mm split leather with much super glue.

Layer-by-layer bonding→utility knife cutting→super glue hardening,
So~don't have to use any woodworking drill / saw.

Because it is layered, it's less intense.
But when I made it, I still used an electric fan to face myself, avoiding inhaling too much acetone.

Do like leather....and wood. Warm, forgiving, natural. Love looking at synthetic builds and all it's endless aesthetic possibilities, but give me slings made out of stuff that used to grow any ol day of the week.

Nice work ERS4.

Really like that, need to try something like this, got a whole load of leather that's to stiff and inconsistent for pouches so could be a good way to use it up.

Hi ERS4......Thanks for posting the pictures and the information on your leather slingshot. Very interesting and tribute to your creativeness. I do a lot of leather work but I never thought of glueing laters together into single bloc. Please keep posting on the forum in the future. Best wishes.
