Seriously, they're pretty much harmless unless you're an unsuspecting small yard pet or trespassing rodent.
The ones to worry about are the eastern browns and red-bellied blacks.

We have one snake in Ontario that’s venomous. Friend got bit by one last summer but 17 bottles anti venom few days off he was back in action.
Snakes here don’t get all that big not like one on you door step

The python in the post photos, look like wait a year and someone could make Several pairs of boots outa the skin.
Pretty pattern snake, I'd let him be, you'll rarely have a rodent problem, no doubt.

One can only legally do that with a native animal if you're aboriginal, indigenous or is that a first nations person..... not sure what to call the native humans anymore.

I've always wanted to try eating rattlesnake. My brother-in-law ate some while he was in the US National Guard in California. He said it wasn't too bad.

Some say taste like chicken, my question is does it taste close to eating alligator? Alligator is my favorite tasting meat, next to beef.

Copperheads. Around here we have to watch out for these. They are invisible laying in dry leaves.

None of the venemous guys in my region, milk snakes are probably the sharpest looking, eastern ringnecks have their own classiness, and ribbon snakes have that contrasting vibe going on. Never happened onto a Hognose.
Water snakes have that ballsy water moccasin look when they really mature, but good ol' Garter snakes are all over the friggin place...just admire their existence...they intend no harm...
