Best Biscuits to shoot at

580 Views 10 Replies 7 Participants Last post by  Scrat
Which are the best biscuits (cookies, US) to shoot at?

Because they are cheap and biodegradable. Or maybe the squirrels are eating the leftovers and getting squirrel diabetes.

.. after extensive testing. Party Rings. Cost next to nothing, brightly coloured and easy to tie onto string.

Or other suggestions for inexpensive things to shoot at apart from coke cans.

Well they aren't cookies, but I've been shooting these little jar lids. I make a frame out of cardboard then knock them out of the frame. Very satisfying target to shoot, you can reuse them several rounds, and if you miss you can see exactly where the round went because of the cardboard.

These small ones are from baby food jars and are about two inches. If you don't have a baby you might have to settle for larger jar lids haha.

I tried a new variation on my previous suggestion. Bottle caps work even better and are easier to come by. The little teeth on the edges dig into the cardboard so they stick in there really good. And they hold up surprisingly well. (To my light bands at least)
