High guys I want to try some of the best tubing available, I'm looking for a blend of velocity and toughness, preferably as fast as possible whilst being more durable than Theraband Gold, also it must: have a draw length of 7lb to 10lb - so that it has a draw weight of 14lb to 20lb when made into a band-set, be available in lengths of 5 or 10 metres and be reasonably priced, and available for shipping to the UK.

Also I really, really want to get my hands on the type of leather Perry and Martin are using, and the tools required to fashion pouches out of them. I'm willing to pay above market value for them!

I do like the 1740 tube from Dankung but only one tube per fork at 7-1/2 inches.

I think I just might send you some.

Lol Darrell, you are way too kind,
you're making me feel bad! How about I send you that natural I made? It looks completely different now, my brother hit the forks a few times so I had to sand it down again, I used two coats of clear nail varnish this time, only for my brother to hit the forks again!
So I've permanently taken it off of him, fortunately he was only using relatively slow tubes and 9.5mm ball bearings so the structural integrity of the frame is intact - naturals are the bloody strong!

If only they made tubular rubber with Theraband gold, in various draw weights, lengths and tapers!

Your looking for chinese style and not regular tubes right?
Oh I wasn't aware that there was a difference...

Well I meant you can get the chinese rubber tubing or something like the trumark red tapered tubes. Those work pretty well.

How thick are they? I'd really like to get my hands on some with <1mm walls!
But until then will settle with whatever...

Wow, Dankung's prices are very reasonable! Should I buy black or yellow?

PS: is the leather they sell for pouches good?

I have both black and yellow, I like the black, it seems more durable. I use the 2050 and I want to try the 1745.

That would make sense, as it's typically for UV protection, but I imagine it would result in a reduction in velocity, and I want as much velocity as possible. Has anyone compared them on a chronograph?
