I was doing some late night reading (I think I'm too exhausted to sleep) and came across some golf tees made out of birdseed. Now I know it wouldn't be too practical, however, for basic can/target shooting, do you think it is possible to make birdseed ammo? This also has me thinking about clay ammo with great seed (not dried in kiln or anything). I imagine the flight of the shot would be decent, at least for short range and would feed hungry birds. Do you know of anyone ever doing this?

There was a shooter who used to pack his clay shot with seeds, his intention was to plant trees as he was out shooting. Not sure how well it worked, but it's a lovely idea.

I have some thistle and sorts laying around, I'm thinking of using honey or something to hold the seed together, I'mma see if I can get something together. I can make a mold fairly easily (maybe like a boilie roller). I'll update if I have success.
