so a fellow member got me interested in some of his OPFS designs made from green pvc pipe,[1/4 in thick] and so i found some and made a couple, worked awesome, and i was hooked,Then he posted some Blue pvc [1/2 in thick] finally found a piece and these are the results, first cutout i left withth natural curve,as i did with one of the greens,,second 2 i heated and flattened after cutting basic shapes, took a Long time with the heat gun,,first one shoots amazing and is very comfy in the hand, still cleaning up scratches on the other 2,stuff really clogs the sandpaper, all in all they are a fun, easy day project that shoots :) Hope you enjoy and Thanks again to Stankard757

Hey Steven / Stephen ( spelling ? ).....have you thought about boiling the pieces to flatten them instead of using the heat gun ?

@skarrd trick I learned is to wet sand, it won't clog the paper as bad. Also I spray my files with wd40 and wet file(?) Keeps the PVC cool. It tends to heat up where your filing ever so much and clogs everything.

Toaster oven at 350 F - 5 to 7 minutes works for me.
