Hello, I remember buying this Barnett Diablo about 35 - 40 years. I only used it several times and just came across it in a box while cleaning out my garage. It did come with the stabilizer weights and a sight. I still need to find the two front weights. I don't see any Diablo out there with this exact handle. I really like the look and feel of the handle. It feels like this handle is made out of wood. Do anyone know the generation of this Diablo? Also any recommendations on where I can buy a new band and the type of band I should buy. I also may need to purchased more stabilizer weights and the sight to make it whole again.

First of all, welcome to the forum.

Barnett still sell the "Pro Diablo" slingshot range: https://www.barnettcrossbows.com/browse/slingshots/pro-diablotm-slingshot

You can buy the original replacement tubes & pouch here:

https://www.barnettcrossbows.com/shop/slingshots/accessories/standard-slingshot-replacement-band-w-pouch

I had one of these a few decades ago, but gave it away at some point: in my opinion, the tubes had a rather heavy draw weight relative to actual power output for the intended 9 mm steel ammo.

Welcome to the forum. As mentioned, tubes similar to the original ones are still manufactured. However, they are miserable to shoot. Lots of instructions here on fitting modern flat bands onto your Diablo. You can wrap and tuck or use cuffs. You can also buy some tube clamps from Bill Hays (Pocket Predator)

https://pocketpredator.com/three.html (scroll down until you see Predator Smart Clamps). Bill also sells pre-made flat bands and ammo - so one stop shopping.

If you want to try a modern take on wrist-rockets, there is a Saunder's Wing pass-along. Just post "I'm in" and I will add your name to the list.

Here's what Bill says about vintage wrist-rocket slingshots:

You may already own one of the most accurate slingshots ever made... all you need to do is attach the right bands!
You see, the old "bomb proof" metal rod frames are fine, it's the big obnoxious hard to shoot tubes and pouch that are the problem, that's what makes them so hard to shoot accurately and therefore obsolete for good shooters.
