HI all.

I hurt my shoulder few years back along with tennis elbow.{ ouch }. I have been into archery all my life. I went from a 60 7#. pull bow to a30 # Lb pull and still had to take a lot of ibuprofen and rest it for a couple of days. the pain was present with my slingshots.
To compensate for the lack of holding power, I bought a bar for archery that goes from my hip out to my wrist and takes a lot of the pressure off my shoulder and elbow.
also my accuracy has improved allot. It is a little awkward when hunting, but with a little practice it wasn't hard to cope with. I would rather shoot without it and as soon as I can i will.
But in the mean time I can still enjoy My sport.
