That is virtually identical to the pocket catapult described by Sir Jonah Krantz in his privately published "Memoirs of a Gentleman Zombie Hunter."
Yes,he said that I could copy it at our last meeting in London.
In addition to your obvious talents as a slingshot builder - you must also be a psychic. Sir Jonah was born in 1847.

That is weird,I did not know how old he was.(He looked good for his age)

He did look a little green around the gills.
