Its got a decent cut length. I shoot full butterfly and can cut bands an overall length of 330mm (plenty of scope for pouch and frame ties.
Ive cut a couple of band sets lying two lengths of band material on top of each other to get a perfectly matched set.
I haven't tried taking it apart but i suspect you can and it looks like a 28mm wheel.
Whilst not great it comes with its own cutting mat.
The best bit was the price. Only £6
