Checking in today because I got some amazing test results and I am getting my accuracy back... Finally!!
Today I went in and did an MRI on my liver after two months of waiting to see if the shadows on the previous MRI were cancerous or not. All results came back negative! My liver is cancer-free and those shadows are nothing to worry about! Glad to be able to share the Great news here with my slingshot crew!!!!!! It has been a long 2 months of waiting. Now on to my shooting journey...
This round of treatments was 8 days of Hell!?!? I have gotten used to the fatigue and cold sensitivity, but starting Friday of last week my aim was so bad??? Each day it got worst until I would take 20 shots and hit 2 on my big 50mm spinner???? I knew it was chemo's fault but that didn't help my spirits any. I was fussy brained and skaky enough I would drop over half of my ¼"steel trying to get it in the pouch? I was so down..., then today I just felt like myself again, on day 9 and was hitting the 25 & 30mm Spinners again like nothing!?!?!!! Outside no less in the snow and 29 degrees F outside!! So crazy how hitting a little leather circle can mean so much to me?? I
I hadn't lost anything... But it was so hard to not be able hit . Disheartening to lose my shooting. I am going to be better next week... and let my many misses roll off my back. Only 3 more months and I can be me again all the time!!!!!!!????
Cheers All
