Its not a fake - however it is a blatant copy of a very well known design. its stealing the ideas and designs of other people for profit.

We should condone this type of behaviour. All it does is hurts both companies involved.

The maker of the Chinese version has the skills to copy so closely and the materials to apparently make a good product - so I do not understand why they are not able to come up with their own unique design - or even pay for a design from a reputable designer...
