This maybe just me but I tend to shoot better on hot sunny days then in colder and cloudy days.
Why? 2 reasons I can see the ammo better going down range and my trajectory is flatter on hot days making it a little easier to predict its path on targets .
And for those reason I think it's a good idea for guys just starting out to try and pick the days with those favorable weather conditions to practice on , Or shoot indoors with lots of lighting on .

Sound advice. Plenty of time once form and a few thousand balls under the belt to enjoy the frozen fingers and seeing how cold it gets before the bands rebel and go on strike

I really don't notice a difference. I find it more comfortable to shoot in the winter. But I live in California so winters about 60 degrees.
