Hi All,
I'm shooting 5/16 amo with .05 mm bands at 26" draw. Ive been shooting at 20 feet and feel ready to move back.
Will there be much drop at 30 and forty feet.

I'm too dumb to do all the geometry and calculus necessary so if im ever curious I just back up and shoot the same way at the same target to see what happens. Went from 10 feet up close to 30 doing that.

No, you won't notice much drop going from 20 to 30 feet.

It will be minimal, so the gradual extra distance will not be noticed from stage to stage.

If you add 20 feet, you'll notice it.

There might be a couple millimeters of drop. Tragic, I know. But you'll learn to cope, and perhaps even thrive.

Sounds like you're upstate. If you're into airguns, have you ever been to the airgun show in Baldwinsville? I met a few slingers there.

In any shoot there is some drop when you start out... but as your bands heat up you'll pick back up.
