i was just wondering after after looking on the internet for purple heart and other exotic woods that it is difficult to find and even buy. so what i am arsking is where does everyone get it from. e.g website,shops .

I'm not sure of any off the top of my head, but google for "free wood sample" - I believe some flooring companies send out wood samples, and perhaps you can get lucky and source some exotics.

I'm sure some people will have reliable links for that.
