Hey guys! Finished up this cool custom LBS !! This one is rather unique.. It has slightly modified tips to 19mm wide . and 72mm outer fork width . also unique is the materials used . the main frame is white g10 10mm thick . then a black g10 liner for part of the swell . i used some of the spalted maple that Treeman sent me after i stabalized it as the acale for the finger swell! ! .. Has a custom brass J5 badge . and a brass lanyard sleeve . also a matching bead in the same materials .. Thanks for looking all!! LBS baby!!!

Another nice one Joey. Would you mind telling us briefly what "stabilizing" wood means - I've heard of this, but don't know what it entails and why it's necessary ... thanks !
Thank you very much man! .. The stabalization process essentially removes any air thats inside the blank of wood using vacuum .. And then its baked in to harden .. The benifits of this are 1 it toughens the wood of course . and 2. It makes the scale virtually weather/waterproof .. Wont warp if it gets wet .. Really worth the trouble in my humble opinion .. Hope that helps bud!
