First slingshot since I was a kid

Made my very first slingshot I've had in about 30 years. Manzanita with a shape that has a palm swell for a beautiful fit. Super fun!
Then I had to build one for my son. Had some 3-1/2" x 1/2" oak around and a piece of walnut - perfect for a mule Build. Took about an out of labor with hand tools: coping saw, coarse and fine 1/2 round files and sandpaper. Then a little oil to bring it the color. Castrations bands used to hold the flats in has worked great so far, and super easy to change bands.
