Hello mates,
I'd like to share with you my ultimate slingshot I named Flamenca, inspired by a recent trip to Andalusia, Spain.
The wood is an alder root and the shape reminds me a flamenco dancer. Her measures are 90-60-90...just kidding...actually they're: lenght cm. 17 - outer wide forks cm. 15 and between the forks about cm. 4,5. She's very handy and balanced, the grip is comfortable and stable for a right hand shooter because the wrist is gently embraced by the base of the handle and the thumb leans on the top of the left fork. Form and function are in harmony.
I've finished her with sandpaper up to 2500 grip, camellia oil and beeswax.
Thanks for watching, cheers. Bob.

A very good eye there to pick out the potential in a piece of wood like that. Very nice Bob.
