I Google imaged compound sling rifles. If your model holds true to what you saw, I don't see any reason you couldn't. There are a number of great threads debating the merits of tubes vs bands. I prefer the tubes because they're more durable, although flat bands are easier to pull back and are more efficient (someone correct me if my terminology is wrong. I failed physics). Since you aren't physically holding the bands back, I'd go with stout tubes to make them last longer. You should be able to do whichever though.

Can i use flat bands for a compound sling rifle? or does it need to be tubed?
Do you happen to have any pictures of the compound sling rifle? I am not 100% sure which one you are referring to, there are a few designs. Thanks :)
