My fork has one prong thicker than the other. Does that matter on how the bands will pull? Will it affect anything? My fork is pretty thick overall. Also do the tips of the prongs have to be exactly linear? I’m going to use flatband btw. Tbg to be exact.

Thicker or wider? Shouldn't make much difference either way. If it does effect it, it will effect it the same each shot. I should some really crazy stuff growing up and just made the necessary adjustments.

Happy slingin!

If this relates to the uneven contact surface between the bands and the fork, than naturally the thicker one will cause more resistance. But as lbojoe pointed above, it will affect each shot in the same way so you can adjust your aiming.

Or - why not - make the thick prong thin and you avoid further problems.

cheers,

jazz
