Got these bicycle poker chips at the thrift store, some reason the colors weren't correct but that's cool. Stuck some duct tape loops to the back and hung them in my catchbox. They exploded after 2 hits but if you send a .38 through the middle they stay intact. Lovely targets for the low price of 50 cents.

Cool, great idea.

I'm still on the quest for the perfect DIY spinner. Lots of great ideas and the poker chips look like fun!

Just a thought, could you hang one with an office large (or small) paper clip. Then when hit, it would flip out and not break. The office paper clips are spring steal, so they may hold up for a few rounds of shooting and cheap to buy.

Thanks and I like that idea although the speed I send my ammo at almost always either shatter or blows holes in them. I actually like that they explode, sort of like mini Shatter Blast targets, if you've ever seen those.

What about "MINI" clays from clay pigeon shooting? From memory, they must be about 40mm and shatter quite well.
