Hello Everyone

I am a 65 year old retiree that grew up with a Whammo Wrist Rocket in my hand and who, thanks to my awesome son, was recently made aware that slingshots are still a "thing" and there is a cult like following out there...

Hooray for cults!!! (good ones anyway) (when is the mother ship coming?)

So I have a first order placed with Nathan and am coveting my son's gear for now and of course geeking out on relevant YouTube videos

I am sure I will have a lot to learn and remember and who knows, at some point I might even be in a position to contribute some wisdom to the forum

Thanks in advance for schooling me

Welcome Mike! The Wrist Rocket was my gateway drug as well! Wasn't very good with it, but had lots of fun. Now, it's a Scout LT..........not very good with it either, but still having fun!
I still remember spitting in the tubes, slipping them back on the frame, not waiting long enough, and getting smacked in the face when they slipped off...

Ahhhh, the good old days

Who knew they should have been tied on...

lol

Cheers and thanks again to you good folks for the warm welcome

I tried spitting in them but I keep hitting the inside of my surgical mask
