I have the simple shot hammer. I like it. It isn't my favorite slingshot, I like small pocket size slings, but the options are just crazy. Honestly though, if you are like me, it'll nickel and dime you to death. I started with just the basic in an ocularis fork. Little by little I got one thing or another until I had all of it... everything available. It was not cheap.... 
It is just so customizable.
With all the accessories, I pretty much have 3 hammer slingshots. A standard fork, an ocularis fork, and a pocket shot, plus all of the Slingbows stuff.
But if you know what you want and can resist the urge to buy accessories, it's pretty nice and not too expensive. 9 times out of 10, I use it with the standard forks, and the band clips, with the handle that doesn't have a brace.
And I guess they're on sale right now. Under $40 on the simple shot site.
