Pursuing a hobby I was never allowed to growing up. First it was firearms, then archery, now this. Wondering what I'll get into next...probably tomahawks ????

Got a cheap amazon slingshot and after a few shots I was hooked. Originally got it just to drive a gator out the brothers pond. Quickly realized how handy of a tool this little guy will be for my SHTF bag. Kinda shocked none of my youtube preppers ever did a video on these things.

Anyways, from Madisonville, LA area. Native Cajun, retired air force, never married, no kids(don't be jelly) ???? Looking forward to the knowledge I will find here and the types of slingshots y'all make. Looks like we got a few custom builders here. ????

Welcome! Many uses for slingshots. Pest control, hunting, can be used to loop a line over a high branch, and just good old fun.

From a prepping view, can be very effective hunting small game. You plunk someone in the head they're not likely gonna keep sticking around for another one too but not idea self defense weapon. I've used them to know down hornet's nest and things like that too.
