So, I was cleaning up some trees in my yard, came across a forked end and the child in me decided to make a slingshot.

Due to being quarantined, getting materials has been interesting.

Cutting the fork down to size was the easy part, managed to scrounge some rubberbands from around the house and chain them 3x3x3 on each side.

So, as anyone in this time would do, I jumped onto Amazon and ordered some #107s (based on a forum post on this forum) as well as some 3/8" ammo.

Made a catchbox for all the good rocks I found and was shooting around the yard.

Then, saw that people used marbles, so I went onto Facebook Marketplace and managed to find some (350) for $2 porch pickup. They're about 1/2" wide and are already a fantastic improvement to rocks. Think I'm about ready to attack the can cutting challenge now.

Next step, purchase some "real" tubular bands, as well as some flatbands and start attacking some of the fantastic templates that are available here.
