Enjoying the frame a lot - purchased here from Court215 (thanks again for a great transaction).

However, I think that it would be even better w/ a few improvements.

it is a bit larger for my hand than I would like and I think that I would prefer a pinky holes as opposed to the pinky divot.

Does anyone have any experience modifying this frame?

Is it possible to improve the grip by filing the frame, so that it is narrower where the thumb goes? Also, is it also possible to drill a hole through the pinky divot?

You can modify anything, but just remember you can't add material back once you remove it. If you plan on modifying the grip, use hand tools and always check the grip to see how it feels. The pinky divot can be drilled out easily enough

I saw a SimpleShot video w/ Nanthan modifying the grip of a Scout for better fit. He used a file and some emery paper. I will use the same method and test for fit as I work on it.

Very well done! I am continuing my re-shaping efforts. It is fitting much better in the web of my hand and I have the beginnings of an actual pinky hole as opposed to a divot. The fun part is shooting it between sanding and drilling sessions and experiencing the improvements as I go.

Agree - good frame to start w/ and w/ a little bit of effort is a great frame.
