Hi,

I need advide on what slingshot I should use for hunting, I understad the laws and regulation that isnt a problem

money isnt to much of a problem i wouldnt want to spend buckets
I only own a Black Widow with the thicker red rubber and a original milbro with 6mm square rubber,
also is it worth makeing one my self if so what rubber should I use

Well, I like to make my own. But if you are new to slingshots, Pallan (A+ Slingshots) and Fish (Fish Hunters), and BunnyBuster all advertise on this forum and can supply you with beautiful hunters. Fish is in England. There are many more, too.

A note on Fish's catapults, they are low forks with a fairly narrow opening, if you are new to slingshots you may have a problem with fork hits. That's not to say there is anything wrong with them it just takes a bit of getting used to.

Yup, not a beginners' catty. You could buy one and learn to use it in a week, but you'd be better off with something else at first.
