Homemade (Quiet) Spinner

842 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Tobor8Man
Too cold to shoot outdoors. Shooting paper, cardboard, and especially cans makes too much racket in the house. I was getting too many bounce-outs from my silicon spinner, which was also noisy. Some felt scraps (maroon), an old shop rag (white) and some nylon string - and there you have it. A quiet homemade spinner.

Shown w/ my indoor target set up SimpleShot Hammer, light bands and 3/8" steel shot.

Did you modify the brace? Or is the glove enough?
Reed - I was using the glove to try and protect my arm from the wrist brace. Since then, I took off the arm brace and am using a wrist sling - works great. Thanks for all the advice and encouragement.
