I have a few of these, but can't figure out how to use this tool -- I saw only one video on this unit ?

I believe you stick the tool through the hole in the pouch, stick your latex through the eyelet and then pull the latex through. It just helps getting the bands through the pouch.

I just use some needle pliers to pull my rolled up band ends thro the pouch hole. Gentler on the bands for me anyway.

It's also used for wrap & tuck instead of string... it's shown at 13:00 for the pouch and again at 19:00 for pouch tying. Mine are old school though being my Grandmothers shoe button tools from 100+ years ago

I have seen that also, but no one has shown how to use it. Almost all Chinese tubes are tied this way and it holds very well, and you don't need a big jig for a great tube or maybe flat to pouch tie.

This could be a great field tying method --- When I get home from shooting I will seriously figure this out !!

Well I know how to do it !!

It is a bit easier to do it without having to twist the small cuff by using a longer smaller diameter cuff piece of tubing.

It actually be done pretty fast, and once you know how to do it, it is a useful thing to know.

I used a standard Chinese wire pull through tool and not the one pictured above in my first post.

Once I really get this method down I'll post pics.
