I have seen that also, but no one has shown how to use it. Almost all Chinese tubes are tied this way and it holds very well, and you don't need a big jig for a great tube or maybe flat to pouch tie.I found this that I printed out some time ago, don't remember where I found it originally. This could be a great field tying method --- When I get home from shooting I will seriously figure this out !!

Well I know how to do it !!
It is a bit easier to do it without having to twist the small cuff by using a longer smaller diameter cuff piece of tubing.
It actually be done pretty fast, and once you know how to do it, it is a useful thing to know.
I used a standard Chinese wire pull through tool and not the one pictured above in my first post.
Once I really get this method down I'll post pics.
