i want to cut butterly bands
but im not sure exactly how far beyond their original length thera-band goes

also what would be the appropriat ammo
for a slingle stripe on each side cut for butterfly

When I tried theraband I cut it like 5/8 inch squared all the way with a total length of about 12 inch one band per side. When I tapered the bands I went with 3/4 inch tapered to 1/2 at a total lenght of 12 inches again one band per side. I did not particularly like thereabad because for my experience they tended to break too easily. I much prefer thin natural latex.
