Was shooting one of my Dan Hood Stealth Shots and the left band started to tear. Didn't feel like making a new set. So I looked through my stash of tubes and bands I have stored in my garage refrigerator. Found some unopened amber latex that came with the Scouts when you bought them. These had to be 7 years old. Put a set on my Stealth Shot and they shot like new fresh bands. Perfect.

I have original Scope-Shot, Killdeer flats that are still good after 50 years.

I also have some original tubes from different frames that are still good with around 40-50 years on them.

Of course I have about 6 lbs. of Saran Wrap wound around them :D and stored at the bottom of a cool ,dark closet.

Never thought they would still be good.
