Here is my first attempt at making an entire slingshot with multiple pieces of wood glued together.. (my first gluing was with adding a wooden handle to my dankung)

I couldnt remember the word the japanese lady used for the reddish orange wood, but the black core is african wenge.

I finished it with a coat of puzzle glue (took the picture before doing the other side.
