You my girl are a brave shooter! That glass wouldn't last two days around me. Maybe you could suspend an old sheet just behind your box? PVC, two TEEs, two 90s, and a hacksaw to cut it. No glue so you could take it down. Just thinking....
I know Zachery Fowler has a video of shooting flies in the house with rubber balls. There might be a link or something for them there.....been a long time since I saw the video.
