this is the topic to post how you first realized you were addicted to slingshots. mine was when i was riding my bike and i saw an awsome natural fork right in front off me. i didnt want to ruin it so i hit the brakes as hard as i could. i did a half flip and faceplanted. but the weird thing is i completely forgot about my messed up face and went to get the fork. i put the fork in my pocket and got back on the bike but about 10 feet later my face was hurting like crap. i got home and realized that i had slinshotidas

Well.. I think I realised when I went up to my local woods with a junior hacksaw and then wondered why people gave me weird looks...
And also, now I don't just see trees, I see slingshot frames, big and small. Sometimes I get the temptation to buy lots of #107 rubber bands and make massive chained bands to attach to a tree... Probably shouldn't do that though...
