Ok here a walleye by friends young lad got 12 pounds and 32 1/2 inches . Landed by him and his brother . My friend was out side hut talking to a friend when the boys got it . The walleye r really hitting right now for one reason or another. Love seeing the boys get fish bigger than there dad has caught lol

Nice catch....... didn't even know we had Walleyes in Georgia, but was fishing in the winter at Lake Sydney Lanier vertical jigging with a Hopkins spoon, and hooked one just barely bigger than the little Hopkins spoon jig, lol

Yep I agree fish is a lot better tasting in winter and u never have to worry about being Pounded by waves
