Made this little guy after the DeadRinger design. Its not perfectly symmetrical but its close. Fun little shooter, I'm excited to make more frames out of this material. Thinking its some kind of fiber glass?!?!? Also, I'm picking up one of those Simply Fit HDPE exercise boards to cut up into some frames that i think will be pretty awesome.

That is really nice! I got one of those exercise deals from the thrift shop, but wasnt feeling safe to cut it on my bandsaw, since it wasnt flat and it laughed at my handsaw. Hope you can figure it out , good luck , grrat build

i was going to cut frame height strips first with my circular saw, then from there use a scroll saw to get a rough outline, sand sand sand from there lol

I tried cutting that simplyfit board this morning. It did pretty ok with a Jigsaw but I couldn't make tight turns. I tried with my scroll saw and it seemed like it cut really well but when finished cutting I noticed that the plastic melted and welded itself back together. So after that used a coping saw and that seemed to do the trick.
