Hello ..
I liked to limited strength sling shot with the hand guard the Gloveshot....Would like to see more of that and how to gain hand and arm strength to handle slingshot use.

I use exercise bands I bought at Wallmart. Helped alot.

And when you are done excercizing with them, you can cut them up for slingshot bands.

Though a lot of slingshots are set up with heavy bands, the same frames ca be set up with light sets of bands, and smaller pouches for small shot like steel BBs. Rayshot just came out with a nifty magnetic pouch just for BBs that, with a narrow set of thin bands, would be fun, while being light of pull.

Use low forks and medium weight bands, then find an ammo weight that shoots well with it. A six year old can shoot at 250fps with the right set up.

Dankung have some of the lightest set-ups, I believe.
