This is one of the easiest flips to make that I know of, it is cold formed out of a 3/8 inch diameter mild aluminum rod. The secret of not breaking it is to form the bends very slowly. The overall dimensions formed are 3 1/2 by 4 1/4 inches with the prongs being 1 3/8 inches overall. This one as one of my foam grips trimmed and held in place with piece of 3/4 inch wood dowel rod. Also as slots on the tip ends so you can also tie with pieces 1/16 by 1/16 gum rubber if no rubber bands are available. I have shot full size bands at a full butterfly draw with this flip.
