Just got my first “real” slingshot frame in the mail a couple days ago: a Wasp Uniphoxx Enzo. It’s a big upgrade after only shooting a cheap one from Amazon and putting flat bands on a Marksman wire frame.

I’ve been having a blast trying out different band configurations and ammo types/sizes. Really love the feel of this thing and the “ivory” and black color scheme looks sweet too. Also loving the ability to switch OTT and TTF so quickly and easily with the clip system.

My one complaint so far is that I have large hands and will be looking for a larger frame for my next purchase. But I'm looking forward to doing a lot more plinking and practicing with it.

Nice, like that color….you sure it’s not the Wasp “Enzo” ?

Not sure where you’re located, but if you’re in the USA, and you grow tired of this frame, I would be glad to build you a custom natural in trade for it……whenever you’re ready, if ever, just let me know.

Darrell.

Good catch of a typo! I meant Enzo! I’ll consider that offer after I put it through its paces. I’m in Canada but have a PO Box in the US. Haven’t been able to get to it for over 18 months now which has been pretty crappy 😭

Wow that looks gorgeous! How do people make copies of frame designs like this? They just find the dimensions online and follow that? Never made a slingshot yet and wondering how someone goes about making one that comes out so great!

I never use the same dimension I draw up everything and make small changes like my Enzo is 91mm wide so as to have 23mm tips I also opted to not have a pinky hole and slimmed the handle a bit 🎯👊👌👍

Of the big slingshots, only the Scout comes to mind. So the best option is to stock up on a tool and start making slingshots yourself. Homemade products will definitely be more convenient!

I should have gotten the black logo white Enzo too... Enjoy your new slingshot! I love the feel of the finish on this one.

I posted a thread the other day about comfortable forks, one of the suggestions that came up was to use a lanyard. I think it would help with the issue of the slingshot being a bit too small.

Wow, excellent thread recommendation. Looks like you received some great recommendations in your thread. Cheers to having the same frame in the same color! And oddly enough my next slingshot is most likely going to be a black occularis…!
