Wow, what a cool BB pistol !

It really feels like a real gun and is put together very, very well. I have not shot it or put Bb;s in her yet. i get my pistol rug tomorrow and will have a small bottle of BB's, a supply of extraCo2's and a extra magazine (maybe 2) ready to go.

This gun, unlike my C-11 is way to heavy to carry around in my pocket, but is cool looking on my bed stand ---- and really looks real !!

She holds 15 BB's and has a velocity in the area of my C-11 supposedly, so it can cause some serious hurt if need be for those that can't own a real gun.

I may take her out this weekend to chrono her and do a bit of testing to see how I like this gun compared to my C-11. In reality the C-11 is a neat light gun, but has no where near the quality of this Glock BB pistol.

Is the trigger pull like a real Glock 19 ? Wondering if it would be a good trainer ?

Looks so real that if someone pointed one of those at me, I'd shoot him/her with the real thing. At least once...

Nice!

THWACK!

In the future, consider a Crosman American Classic highly accurate pump pellet pistol, .177 or .22. They've been produced for many years.

There's a cult following about them, and there are MANY MANY great "mods" being made by enthusiasts - sear YouTube for Crosman American Classic mods, or Crosman 1377/2277 mods.

@treefork ---- the trigger is a harder pull than a real Glock as this is cocking a large barrel spring to set off the Co2. The gun is also quite heavy, but the gun feels and points just like my other real Glocks.

This gun lying on a table, out in your garage or in your hands looks EXACTLY like the real thing and under no conditions should be FLASHED around in sight of anyone at any public outing or ? .... You very well could be visited very quickly I'm sure by law enforcement, and if you should point this "BB Gun" at them, this would be your death sentence I'm sure ----- There is NO WAY this would be confused with a "Toy" gun !!!

I have a soft handgun case coming today and it will store some Co2 cartridges, BB's and an extra magazine. This gun as with my Crosman C-11 and DPMS Rifle are very cool guns, but not to be brandished outside unless your are with shooters you know.

Even though these are BB guns, they all are putting out some pretty serious velocity (395-450fps) and can cause great harm or worse if you hit someone in the right spot.

I will test the velocity of this gun this weekend if the sun behaves ;- )

Tried to order from Walmart and the online store said they do not have anything. I went over on a hunch and they had 9 boxes of 40ea, I bought them all.

The salesman told me they have not sold Co2 pistols or rifles since early this year and that he was surprised they even get Co2 in. I asked him the reason and he said people were using them for robberies and shooting out windows and such. He said Walmart is going to be a "Gun Control store in Kalifornia.

He told me they were expecting another shipment in the 29th, and to be at the store first thing in the am the 30th... I will be there in the afternoon of the 29th and if not in I will be there the morning of the 30th !!

I'm trying to get a supply before they ban Co2 in Kalifornia ...... Biden has already promised a "Multi Billion" Tax on gun owners !!

This is going to be like the .22 situation in the Obama administration ! Here are the boxes of 40ea I bought today

i dont think Biden will be able to do that guns are so entrenched in your society. the problem is common sense our laws are way to strict and yours are way to loose. from what we see here it is the amount of school shootings and random mass shootings fueling the fires of change, mental health and guns dont go good together mate, not being able to have a .177 air rifle without getting a degree at college so to speak shits me of i think common sense left our planet in about 1990 that and dissapline

I took my Glock 19 BB pistol out to the range today and shot it, I was EXTREMELY impressed, the quality is absolutely 2nd to none, this is in an absolutely great BB gun ---- The velocity is more than I hope for (425+fps in sub 45 deg weather) ------ the accuracy is on par with any BB pistol that is not a target BB pistol that I have seen or shot .. The only two drawbacks I could see is the gun is heavy, if I can find a holster for it that doesn't drag my pants down then I just might carry it should I desire. The other is the Glock does have a long trigger pull and fires right at the very end of its pull cycle. The safety could also pose a problem not the regular Glock "SAFE" safety but the additional little one that is put on this gun UP HIGH ON THE TRIGGER which I feel serves no purpose whatsoever ---- that little round PUSH BUTTON safety should be in my opinion possibly super glued in place so it never moves. The Glock BB pistols by Umarex have gotten great reviews, one of the best reviews that I have seen for the Glock 19 BB pistol is by "HARD AIR MAGAZINE" the link is below.

https://hardairmagazine.com/reviews/glock-19-co2-bb-gun-test-review/

How would I compare this to my Crosman C-11 ? Well the C-11 is a much much lighter gun, it is a bit smaller and is a lot more pocketable ----- as far as velocity goes, the C-11 shoots at a very good clip with standard Daisy BB's. I'm shooting my C-11 at 395 fps, if the weather was warmer the velocity would be more. The advantages of the C-11 are that I can call Crosman and get all the replacement parts I want, my C-11 can go on and on and on as long as I can get those replacement parts.

The C-11 and the Glock 19 are both very reliable. The C-11 most of the time on the 1st shot does not fire but every shot after is extremely reliable, the Glock 19 on the other hand upon the 1st pull of the trigger will fire all the time and like the C-11 never misses a beat. I think

Which gun would I carry ------ well I would carry the C-11 because it's a little bit smaller and it's much, much lighter ----- The velocity even though it's not up to the chronographed 425+ fps of the Glock 19 BB pistol is still very very acceptable at 395 fps to keep an animal away from you.

Why did I choose non blowback guns ? Very simple, I'm not training with them, I want relatively small size, RELIABILITY and VELOCITY !

Both guns get a good number of shots with a single Co2 loading but for me after 30 to 40 shots the C02 would be dumped (if I ever had to shoot that many --- 2 Magazines)---- in reality I'm not much interested more than the 1st magazine of 15-20 shots because after that my shooting is over if you know what I mean ----- These BB guns are just to keep the animals off me till I can get away. (BTW : Velocity with the Glock 19 is a chronographed 410 fps at 40 shots at 7:15 in a cold am morning) !!! I was shooting 9" pie tins at 21 yards and smacking it hard .. this gun (for what it is) is pretty accurate !!

The iron sights on the Glock are perfect for a 6'oclock hold, my laser is shooting about 1 inch high at 10-12 yards which is the most I would ever use this gun in earnest ! Here she is after testing !

Just picked up some more Co2 today after scrounging around the Walmart's for the past week or so. Found some Crosman (15 packs) and Daisy (25 packs). I'm looking for about 6 more of the Crosman in the 40 packs and I'll be down the road !!

I just ordered 3 more magazines also, One of them I will modify (hole in bottom of mag plate) and use with a modified 6mm allen key for a quicker "Ready Mode" ----------- Mag loaded and Co2 about a twist and a half away for "Power On" No taking out the magazine for power on turn on and no leaving the CO2 pierced for weeks on end when you may not need it. !!

Called Umarex today to see about extra parts for the Glock 19 BB gun .... They said they don't repair or carry parts for the BB pistol and it would cost more to repair then to buy a new one .... (All I want are the seals, maybe a few springs). I will wait till mine collapses and then take apart, I think I can make (get) urethane "O" rings and seals and get this gun should it break down running again !!

Has anyone taken this gun apart ? Umarex Glock 19 BB repeater ?

An additional Safety? I wonder if that's just a California requirement like on the regular pistols sold there...
