So far, so good!! The fork has plenty of potential and so does that brilliant rasp!!

Today, I got a few minutes to work on this build. Debark almost compete. Did a lot of shaping on the handle and one of the forks. Moisture is now 7-8%.

Plain, reduce the large fork until they look the same. Almost ready for cabinet scraper.

This is FLAT the hardest wood I have worked with. But work on it when I can.

Getting closer every day. A little more sanding.

Forks are rounded and groves for banding

I like the cant of the forks to the handle. Cut the length of those forks in half before you hurt yourself.... :D

They are the same width as others, just longer.

Looking good Sammy, but I too am curious if you're going to shorten the forks any .....hard to tell, but they look pretty long ?

They are longer, i do believe the width is more important.
