anybody know this forum member?? i have been trying to reach him for almost a month now... we worked out a trade, via Bushcraftusa.com and he never fell through with his end of it...

this totally sucks... i'm out a good $150 worth of stuff i sent him...
he and I had some great conversations, via PM.. he seemed like a cool dude.. hope everything is okay???? though a simple message back, after the 8 i have sent him, would be cool..

That is too bad. However stuff can get hectic and crazy for everyone ... hopefully he is just tied up and will get back to you.

i sent him a custom neck knife, with a custom sheath i made for it, which was many hours worth of work... as well as a spoon/crook knife, a small Gerber pocket knife and a matchcase filled with 1/4 in ball bearings..

well i gave this dude, the benefit of the doubt, and still nothing.. he even signed for a "certified letter" i sent him, asking for my property back or what was promised to me.. guy doesn't even have the guts to return my many emails and PMs...

so i hope none of you folks have any interactions with him in the future.... he is a liar and a thief...

sorry for venting folks... i am a bit upset.. i went out of my way, and mailed him my package first, just to get ripped off...

I'm so sorry Mike!!! This is sad thing and a bit "odd" being that he was so active here for so long. I did notice at some point back when, that he made a post or status update about being laid off work. But that was a couple months ago I think and still doesn't explain what you have experienced.

Like everyone else, I had never heard of any bad dealings at all.
May everything be restored and then some, in due season my friend!!!!

yeah, but he still has my address, he could easily still go down to the p.o... don't need internet for that.. he also still had internet access after he reieved my package, that he was sooo stoked on...

The thing about crap like this is It stops even being about the stuff you got riped off and more about hurt feelings and the sence of betrayal, it effects your pride and how you feel about people. Your stressed you can't stop thing about it ,and you now have to put in so much more B.S. work then it's even worth.
