I just ordered some blood wood, has anyone made a slingshot using blood wood?

I have, Hoss!! It's very dense and seems to splinter some, but not bad. I've only finished it in BLO and the results are a very pretty, deep red. I think you'll be happy that you got it. Good luck with it, my man!
